Letter from The Directors
Dear Friend and Supporter,
It is with great pleasure that we write to you on behalf of the Indiana Ballet Conservatory. Our mission is to provide Indianapolis with a premiere ballet and dance academy, to grow a complementary and esteemed professional ballet company, and to bring our art to an involved and diverse community, including those who may previously have been underserved artistically. IBC’s world-renowned artistic staff includes Alyona Yakovleva (winner of numerous national awards including Outstanding Teacher and School), and other premiere instructors and choreographers. |
Through the support of our committed Board and advisors, the dedication and talent of our artistic staff and students, and with parent, community, and philanthropic support from friends like you, we believe that the Indiana Ballet Conservatory is poised to combine the finest classical ballet curriculum in the world, the Russian Vaganova method, with the very best in contemporary and modern training techniques, and to advance the art to a new place in the twenty-first century.
We are reaching out to supporters of the arts in Indianapolis for donations to the Indiana Ballet Conservatory to assist us with building our organization and furthering our mission. We would greatly appreciate your support at this key stage of our development. In particular, we are currently working on a full-scale production of the Nutcracker to be presented on December 17, 18, and 19, and would be extremely grateful for your financial support to enable this wonderful production to be brought to Indianapolis in the holiday season. Each supporter’s contribution is equally important to us, regardless of amount, and will go towards furthering the artistic vision and dreams of our teachers and young dancers.
You may donate by forwarding us a check to the address below or by visiting our website at www.indianaballetconservatory.org . Upon receipt of your contribution, we will send you a receipt from Indiana Ballet Conservatory. As soon as we receive our 501(c)(3) determination letter from the IRS we will send you another letter confirming the tax-exempt nature of your contribution.
If you would like to know more about IBC as you consider a gift, please take a look at our website or feel free to get in touch with us directly. We truly appreciate your support of IBC and the arts in Indianapolis, and look forward to seeing you at the studios, at our community events, and at our performances in the near future.
Very best regards,
Camille Nicodemus, Executive Director
